• For 100% silk garments we recommend hand washing at 30 degrees with specialist silk detergent or dry cleaning.

Our garments are made to the highest possible standards; the silk piping is handmade and we always use mother of pearl buttons and French seams. We use a 19mm silk satin for most of our products. This quite a thick silk, rarely used these days due to its high cost, which has a beautiful weight and makes the collection super flattering, as it drapes beautifully. It is 100% silk – the term satin applies to the weave, which is why the fabric has a beautiful shine.

We are proud to produce the collection in Hangzhou, which is traditionally the world centre for silk production and the start of the silk road. Each year Olivia spends around 2 months a year in China overseeing production. A team headed up by the inimitable Mrs. Wang undertakes a massive quality control inspection, with each pair being checked for over 60 different measurements and potential issues.

All our pyjamas are designed in-house by our design team, who are based in our studio in London. We design all the prints in-house, making all the prints exclusive to the brand.
