SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 24 working hours for orders placed by 1pm (GMT+1) from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once the order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Once you have received the goods you may then exchange or return them. If the goods are returned that shipment cost will be change on the customer.

All product are shipped from Italy with DHL express. As soon as the goods are shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number provided by DHL.

AVERAGE DELIVERY TIME

Italy: 1-3 working days

Europe: 2-5 working days

Non-EU: 5-8 working days

For deliveries to Non-EU countries, the custom clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original estimated delivery times. 

Couriers will make 3 attempts to deliver the goods; after the third attempt, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
